Vega Conflict Mod

This is a large conceptual modification that adds ships, factions, and a small storyline from the Vega conflict.

Global changes:

- Russian and English localization only

- All crafts and improvements are reproduced through quest craft system

- Ship layouts differ from the original EH, and are taken from the original Vega conflict

- Changed skill trees

- Modifications at the shipyard from the original game have been removed, due to the fact that they are reset after upgrading ships to MK+

Changes:

- change strafe device

Will the rebels be able to fight the terrible Vega Federation?
